Louise at the Hull office looked after me at a very difficult time. I found her very understanding and patient and made the whole process very easy to deal with.Everything was done for me and I was kept informed every step of the way Overall I found S Robbinsons service to be very good. Highly recommended.

I thought there service was really good as the lady I think her name was Louise was really friendly and supportive… The people who dealt with the funeral on the day where very nice and took good care of us too. I would highly recommend them

From the first initial phone call I knew we were safe professional hands. Care and dignity where how they treated my late father, my sister and myself knew they would look after him. Every step of the way was discussed with us which was very helpful, Louise at the funeral home couldn't have been more understandingand caring, she really did help us through this difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The day of the funeral came and the funeral director and team were amazing and very helpful and again very understanding on this sad day. The driver of our car took special care of my brother in law who is disabled and has difficulty walking. A special mention to Jayne Nuttall who conducted the service as she got my Dad spot on and I know he would have been very happy at what she said about him and his life, it was truly a celebration. My family and friends passed very complimentary commitments on the service and how everything was conducted with care and with dignity. A big thank you to all concerned from myself Maurice Houlden, my sister Barbara Eastwood, all my family and friends.

Our experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The initial meeting was handled with sensitivity, understanding and professionalism. We quickly felt confident and reassured. The standard you set in our first meeting was maintained throughout. I would like to highlight two of the things that contributed to an excellent experience. Firstly, we were, very quickly, able to trust Robinsons. It is not easy to build trust so quickly but you, skilfully, managed to. The staff at Robinson's could not have done more to help us and to make the funeral as stress-free as possible in the circumstances. Everything was well organised and they kept us informed at all times. Special mention to Sam in the office who was extremely helpful, friendly and sympathetic.

On behalf of my family I cannot thank the staff enough. Nicola and Sam helped us through a very difficult time not only as professionals but with kindness and support. The service provided again exceeded our expectations which were very high as we had used Robinsons in the past. I would also like to thank the backroom technicians who to some extent are unsung heroes, I thank you so much for looking after my mum when she was in your care. I would not hesitate to recommend Robinsons as a caring and professional funeral director, from my experience I would not consider using any other company other than Robinsons to provide such an important service to my loved ones.
